As a Sicilian American with Palestinian, Arabic, and Egyptian heritage, Daniel’s work focuses on black and brown communities. HINDSIGHT, Daniel’s latest sculpture, is named after the six-year-old Palestinian girl killed along with relatives and paramedics after their car was fired on by Israeli forces in Gaza City in 2024.
